How do I return or exchange an item?
We hope you love your purchase! If the size isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made the process simple.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
Lingerie & Sleepwear:
- Must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All tags and hygiene liners must remain intact
- Must be free from stains, odors, or damage
Important (Hygiene Policy):
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Panties / underwear (unless defective)
- Opened or worn intimate items
First Order – Free Exchange
We offer one free size exchange on your first order to ensure the perfect fit.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Items must pass inspection (unused & original condition)
- After we receive your return, we will ship your replacement
Free exchange applies to size changes only (same item, different size).
Returns (Refund or Store Credit)
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Once received, we will issue:
- Refund (original payment method) OR
- Store credit
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Time
- Returns & exchanges are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your item
Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 2–3 business days after inspection
Return Shipping Fees
- First exchange: Free (we provide return label)
- Returns (non-quality issues):
- U.S. customers: $7 deducted from refund (handling fee)
- International customers: responsible for return shipping to our U.S. warehouse
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
- Non-refundable
Please double-check sizing before purchasing.
Seasonal Items
- Holiday items may have special return deadlines
- After the deadline, only size exchanges may be accepted
